AVIOR GROUP ANNOUNCES LEAN SIX SIGMA
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION FOR BUSINESS RESULT


PHOENIX, AZ / February 20, 2007 / -- Avior Group, (www.aviorgroup.com) announces Open Enrollment Lean Six Sigma Awareness, Champion and Green/Black Belt training programs.

Lean Six Sigma is a proven process improvement methodology and project execution tool used to achieve business results. Organizations leverage Lean Six Sigma as a customer focused data driven process and methodology to solve difficult business problems for the last time. The training programs, offered by Avior Group will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. Each open enrollment will provide an innovative format combining multimedia instruction with a hands-on, real-life approach training to bring effective Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools to participants.

The Awareness training is a half day afternoon session that is designed to provide leaders with knowledge of how Lean and Six Sigma can assist in optimizing and realizing business results. Led by an Avior Senior Executive/Deployment Consultant, this session will cover the basic concepts and fundamental philosophies behind Lean and Six Sigma; the impact these methodologies have had on business; and what it takes to successfully build an infrastructure to support Lean and Six Sigma within an organization. Awareness training will be held on March 20, 2007 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM.

Champion training is a 2-1/2 day program of study providing participants with an overview of Lean and Six Sigma and how to ensure alignment with corporate goals, followed by a more in-depth discussion of the five project phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. Led by an Avior Senior Executive/Deployment Consultant, this session will cover the role and key elements for success as a Champion for Lean and Six Sigma within an organization. The Champion Training session will be conducted March 21-23, 2007.

The Green & Black Belt Certification programs offer comprehensive integrated Green/Black Belt curriculum that increases the speed of application for Black Belts by at least 2 months using a schedule of 1 week in training, 3 weeks on-the-job applying methods learned in the training, followed subsequent weeks of training and application. Participants will follow the DMAIC phases teaching candidates how to integrate a variety of Lean and Six Sigma tools into an overall approach to process improvement. This format allows for Green Belts and Black Belts to attend training together, thus improving internal synergy while providing greater organizational flexibility. The first week for Green Belt training (Green Belt DMA) will be held on April 16-20, 2007 followed by the second week (Green Belt AIC) on May 21-25, 2007. Black Belt training (Black Belt after Green Belt) will be held on June 18-22, 2007 with the second week commencing on July 16-20, 2007.
