Course is designed to provide leaders with knowledge of how Lean and Six Sigma can assist in optimizing and realizing business results.


While the purpose of this program is to translate strategic direction into action, the focus is on the steps required for successful project completion, including project selection, phase deliverables and the appropriate use of Six Sigma and Lean tools. Participants will discuss how to align projects with key business objectives, possible organizational barriers and potential remedies. Champions will learn critical success factors and implementation strategies including lessons learned from previous deployment experiences with other organizations. Led by an Avior Senior Executive/Deployment Consultant, this session will cover the role and key elements for success as a Champion for Lean and Six Sigma within an organization.
